1. About Helpigo

Helpigo is a platform that connects users who request local help with users who choose to offer local help. Helpigo provides the platform interface and account access, but does not guarantee the availability, quality, legality, or outcome of help requested or offered by users.

2. User accounts

  • You must provide accurate account information.
  • You are responsible for your account and your sign-in credentials.
  • You must not impersonate another person or misuse another account.

3. Acceptable use

  • Use the platform only for lawful, honest, and legitimate purposes.
  • Do not post false, misleading, harmful, or abusive content.
  • Do not use Helpigo to harass, exploit, scam, or endanger other users.
  • Do not attempt to break, probe, or disrupt the service.

4. Help requests and offers

Users are responsible for the content of their requests, offers, communications, and arrangements. Helpigo may remove content, restrict activity, or take safety actions where needed.

5. Suspension and termination

Helpigo may suspend, limit, or terminate accounts that violate these terms, create safety risks, or misuse the platform.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Helpigo is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for disputes, losses, injuries, or outcomes arising from interactions between users.

7. Changes to the service or terms

Helpigo may update the platform and these terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
