Account Deletion

1. Delete your account in the app

You can delete your Helpigo account directly inside the app. Open the Helpigo app, go to Profile, find Account management, and tap Delete account. A confirmation window will appear. Confirming this action will permanently delete your account.

2. Delete account by email request

If you cannot access the app, you can request account deletion by email. Send your request to support@helpigo.me from the email address connected to your Helpigo account.

Please include the message: “Please delete my Helpigo account”.

3. What data will be deleted

After account deletion, Helpigo will delete your account and related personal data, including profile information, help requests, offers, chats, messages, task history, notifications, and related account data, unless certain information must be kept for legal, security, fraud prevention, or dispute-resolution purposes.

4. Data retention

Some technical logs, backups, or security records may be retained for a limited period before permanent deletion if this is necessary to operate, protect, or legally maintain the service.
